Reason to Ban: The player was mic spamming, constantly teamswitching even after being warned, and disconnecting/reconnecting to avoid punishment

There's no proof of him leaving to avoid punishments or mic spamming,It could've been him going back to his original team.

I'm not saying he's innocent or bad but i suggest next time on a ban request like this you record.

Player is already banned by Chief for 24 hours, but do have a video for mic spam for a request.
