Ban Request: Sweepy Killed Warden - Prince Nicky La Flama Blanca - 06-15-2025

Potential Witnesses: @Love4puppys @anxelic 

Reason to Ban: Consistent RDM, round after round, map after map

Proof: In my limited experience with this individual, who I will note is a Regular on the server, he attempted to RDM me twice. I also witnessed him attempt to RDM other people across the span of several maps. From what I understood from other players on the server at the time, this is a "regular occurence" on the part of Sweepy. I do not think this is acceptable behavior, and, as such, I have made a post, and have included several screenshots below demonstrating the RDM that I was able to grab with a few snips. Approximately 10 PM - 12 AM on June 15, 2025 (going into the start of the following day).

I've been on the receiving end of this dozens of times as well but I wouldn't want him to get banned personally. Maybe just slap him with some more warn points and let him have a temporary ban. I keep telling him to behave himself and follow the rules but he falls right back into rdming because "funny."

Dude announced "I am going to destroy Furry" and killed him instantly next round. The round thereafter he shot me in the face whilst jumping off to his death 1 minute in. Menace behavior.

+1 , like the biggest plus one possible. I'm commenting now to be an early adopter and to show my initial overwhelming support for this ban request, and also because I told Nicky last night that I would and had already been wanting to do a ban request on Sweepy myself. When I have time later I will be back with the receipts this ban should have happened a millennia ago, not just bc of the kind of player this person is but due to the fact that there have arguably been countless occasions where a permaban could have been issued in line with the rules and wasn't. Sure I agree there is some leeway when it comes to lenience in punishments based on the person's reputation/likability or the context of what actually happened, but I couldn't imagine it ever being possible whatsoever that any regular player on the server has ever thought to themselves or aloud to others "man I'd really be bummed if Sweepy Killed Warden wasn't around anymore, I really like playing with him he's so much fun".

Sweepy is a constant nuisance and annoyance, a perpetual deliberate rule breaker, someone that is only entertained by severely disrupting the gameplay or killing others through rdm or getting them set up to be rdmed so that they can't play, burns afks with incends as soon as noone is looking or at round start just throwing incend in spawn or just throwing them during the round to randomly damage people, an egregious troll to the point where it's actually just flat out malicious lying and gaslighting e.g. "I was being sarcastic" or "learn to take a joke" or just plays dumb when you call him out for his ridiculous responses to your reports and "missclicked missclick missclick" and "lagged sry" when you can watch in the clip/deathscene and see in the logs he's purposefully doing it over and over to multiple people, aiming and shooting them and immediately hiding or looking away trying to fuck with them or get their health very low so they die easily later or get them to rdm the person running right behind them thinking it was them, does kosable things to get you to kill him and then false reports, tries to find loopholes to rdm/ardm/t on t rdm and get away with it e.g. using a shotgun to shoot props that kill people or activating traps/using t weapons with his t buddies being killed sometimes along with himself or an inno for plausible deniability, the list goes on and on. 

And the second to last screenshot I was a direct witness, possibly to any of the others as well but I would need more context to remember.
It was on eclipse, I was inside of the detective room and Nicky was standing outside of the door being blocked by the blue forcefield and Sweepy came up and stood directly behind him and just shot Nicky in the back of the head as me and Nicky were facing each other and/or possibly talking to each other. If not for gmod's shitreg this would have been just a flatout pointblank rdm. Again, I will be back later with the documentation. It is abundant.

can you please elaborate? I haven’t seen any instance where he could be perma’d except for this one. 

Anyways +1, I see no remorse for breaking the rules and for causing others to sit out for no reason.

Cumulatively she's right, if he got reported for everything he does he'd be long gone.
