It was taken out along with the seasonal items in crates.

I don’t think it was ever put into the crates, we had the Godzilla skin in the halloween crate one year but it was madly broke so they removed that skin and added the trim skin to replace the Godzilla skin, I don’t think they ever added it to a crate so it would be a super special item since the Godzilla skin was also super special item

Wouldn't hurt to be put into Halloween crates. As none of the contents have been changed iirc, besides Godzilla at least.
