Definite +1, you probably try to be on the most consistently when there aren't other staff on and will more often than not drop anything and fill the void, take your role while staffing seriously, and just generally seem to enjoy the job. Not to mention plenty of prior experience and experience in various places, and your roll in the Discord. Know the rules in and out, and have a good repertoire with various people, as well as have a great relationship with a bunch of regulars, my self included. Good luck my man
