Yeah give him a warning or strike for his actions. I'll leave that up to Admins. Regardless, the action taken should make him aware that he should not use his powers in that method again.
Rudeness plays a part in their demeanor. No-one is punished for being rude. Its that rudeness in retaliation of being talked to over breaking rules.
