Our current guidelines on slurs:
AWarning + Full Round !gag or !mute for first offense of slur, according to our staff guidelines. Just for clarification, this is how TTT staff should be handling slurs. You're correct that Damien technically shouldn't be doing it since he's not staff, but we're expected to gag it immediately as well.
As for the abuse of the donor in question, yes. +1 for a strike.

thanks for being the only donor out of like 6 people to even try to gag him you may have got kicked because of it but thats the point of donors to help when theres no staff so you did the right thing and he didnt +1
