BGgamez easily wins most improved player in my time on the server.
His previous tendency to have tyrannical adherence to (and desired enforcement of) every minor rule has greatly laxed over the last few months, and his understanding about what makes TTT fun has also matured. He's one of the most active players on the server, contributes positively to most discourse when he's on, and people like having him around.
Additionally, his effort to gather evidence and file reports (on cheaters, mass RDMers, and other undesirable players) demonstrates knowledge of proper procedure, and a clear desire to keep the server orderly.
While I still think his de-escalation tactics could use some work, that's nothing that some good old fashioned experience on the job can't help with.

Adding to my prior post, BG has proven his temperament during the past few weeks. BG handles situations with class, including last night with a bad mic, helping the individual to fix things. BG should be given the trusted mantle.
