On server, very consistently, you complain to anyone who will listen about how people treat you while being staff. You've ragequit over it before as well. This isn't something you should be dealing with, people are dickish to some people, but how you deal with it is still something to talk about, and making it a bystander's problem is just uncomfortable to people not involved, and not something someone with the power to do something about it, or at least raise a conversation about it, should be doing.

There are also instances of applying rules differently to different people. The only one I can specifically speak to is mine. The other day you were telling me to not joke gag Jammin, something him and I have been doing to each other for a long time, and would ungag him, clearly perturbed that I was "abusing". But when Jammin joke gagged me, you didn't say a word about it and left me gagged, despite my saying something about it to you. Just seems to be singling me out in this particular instance. The most bothersome thing is you also "abuse" your powers to jokingly punish people. (not before someone says this, I did bring it up to chibill as he was in call at the time...whether or not he knew I brought it up to him is up for debate as everything was loud, sue me)

I think you are okay with defusing a situation with regulars/guests but often turns into you being a target, I have seen you get very upset and even leave the server because of RDM. I can understand the frustration but it's to be expected when staff ngl. Trolls will be everywhere and out to rage bait, you kinda give them that fuel they're looking for.

Ruining jokes is also a balance of fun item that could be worked on, against you is whatever ruin those all ya like but when others are just having a laugh and you step in unprovoked it could come off a bit annoying/extreme.

All in all you're a great person, I think with enough growing and inner reflection you could become literally anything you set your mind to irl and on server. As staff we are held to a higher standard and you definitely have what it takes but I don't think it's quite there yet. 

I'm going to have to -1. Too soon and I don't feel like you are ready for this role just yet (IMO)
