Unless he gives good reason in this -1 for both unban and reduce. This is your second offense, so I kinda feel like even just copying and pasting the original appeal isn't enough. I'll +1 a reduce if you promise to be less trigger happy in that reason, because that seems to be the issue that led to both bans
