pretty much a no brainer as they go above and beyond a little trolling here or there with causing problems endlessly and frequently arguing with pretty much anyone they come into contact with, the most recent example being arguing with staff which resulted in a 1 day ban for not having changed his name after repeatedly being told to by multiple staff members and kicked just before

shaye is a very nice person. the only time i have seen her get angry like that is when someone is trying to piss her off. i genuinely dont understand people who purposefully misgender and generally try to piss of people who dont identify as the gender they were born with. it doesnt affect you. you dont have to be a good person. just dont be a asshole to everyone you meet and you wont get ban requests on you.

The second u explained why it was no longer allowed I agreed to change it once round was over... before the round was even over I was banned. I also have video proof of me queing it up to change it once round was over.

I was one of the players who have been gathering evidence and encouraging others to do so (thank you @"Kizzy?" for responding when no one else on the staff team would) so I will leave my official response in light of everything I have experienced with ThePhoenix.
My first interaction with this clown was him harassing Shaye, a complete stranger to me for some heinous things that is not even worth repeating. I don't want to give unwanted attention to this, but it was extremely disrespectful and not ok for a place to play a damn source mod.
My second interaction with him was on Casino where he was mic spamming racist music. I dont remember what but he was laughing a lot about playing some shit through his speaker because the song said the n word in it. Real mature stuff.
Then he had another go at harassing someone, to witch i had to gag him myself because staff were afk/dead and i had to type into @ chat for help regarding him.
My final and last noteworthy interaction was when he told Shaye to commit suicide. This alone should be worth a community ban, and I can't believe nothing was done about it. Absolutely a huge failure from the staff Team.
And then just today he caused an argument in discord about some prop exploits, that yeah to be fair should not be exploited, but the way he went about it was done solely to spark argument and he does this all the time knowing full well people are going to cause arguments.
Thephoenix is:

- Homophobic
- Transphobic
- an Rdmer
- A revenge RDMer
- Complainer
- Victim complex individual
- Pot Stirrer
- Gif spammer (in discord)
- Instigator and Agressor
I recommend he get's excommunicated via community ban immediately and without appeal for at least 6 months, if he's even lucky to be forgiven for the shit he has caused.
I highly encourage others to step forward, especially with evidence, and share your experiences with this individual. Thank you for making this thread.
