+1 has continued to support the server in a variety of ways even after leaving the staff team, stays well behaved, and is well liked. While he didn't leave the team on all-too-amicable terms, he had a good reason to do so, and, still, has continued to help and support staff and the server overall.

A little late to respond, but +1 from me. Derp is active, knows the rules, and seems like a nice guy. I wasn't around to see how you were as staff in the past, but other people's accounts are confidence inspiring, and I don't doubt you'd do well if brought back on.
