The last two bans (the only ones within 6 months) were a votekick and a karma ban. These are unrelated from the GSU ban.

Yes, what i did was really fucked up. Mind you, I was 12, and was being encouraged by another server member to do it. Doesnt excuse anything, but i have changed for the better.

EDIT: Also I've done plenty of shit that I'm ashamed of, regardless of age, stop using that as an excuse. its different to a mass rdm ban.
In early 2021 I received a nude of a woman by Serious GMod player "bjorn". He told me that this was an image of community member "Juicy Tenderloin" and told me to send it to random people in the SGM community. I never should have done this, and yet I sent this image around to random people, some of which were minors.
It was stupid, childish, and fucked up. I never thought about it and just did it.
And the age thing isnt an excuse, it's a genuine concern. This was a terrible thing i did, but i was a literal child at the time, and its been almost 4 years.
I don't see the reason that i should be on a list where they put literal pedophiles.

Yikes so that was worse than I remember. I forgot about the other minors involved and I was under the impression that you knew the nude was a fake and sent it to a few people saying it was Juicy. I never knew that you thought you were actually distributing pictures of her. In light of that and seeing your ban list (which includes an nsfw ban from this year), I’m going to switch to a -1.

The only thing I would say is that if you wait until you’re 18 and still want a second shot, it might have a better chance of being accepted then.Still, the scenario that you outlined definitely warrants an outright permanent ban with no foreseeable chance of appeal.

As for being put on the GSU “list”: Yes the group was created with the primary goal of protecting communities from predatory behaviour such as pedophiles and grooming. However it is also used for extreme cases of personal attacks and/or harassment such as this case. Additionally, GSU is just used as a place for communities to share evidence, and each community decides what action they want to take, if any. It is not some master list that someone is maintaining.

This will probably not ever be appealable, at least not for many years.
Its only been 3 years since this incident and it is not something we would accept into the community.

There are other communities out there that aren't a part of GSU, so I would probably suggest going elsewhere.

You fucked up, altho you were very young at the time. I do hope you have learnt from your mistakes.
