Staff applications from an individual at the very least, need to be one month apart. You deleting yours after only a couple of responses at max that did not go in your favor shows either you cannot take critique and/or do not have the maturity at this time for a staff position. Take the critique that you have been given and grow from it. There is more than one staff member here who has been denied a staff role but have grown and altered their ways to be the staff that they have become. -1 from me.
