Here's some replay shots of the conversation after i banned disclosure for hacking, this lead me to believe they were deleted friends and he was really butt hurt.

If this is ghosting via deleted friends, then bad call on my part.
Other:
Disclosure was banned for 24 hours for Hacking, Distinct wasn't banned because he made a scene that proved they were most likely deleted friends.

I believe that this is ghosting, not hacking event though they have not been steam friends at any point. They will get a ban for ghosting if they ghost again in the future.
