Mass rdm and leaf - Chief - 05-02-2020

Potential Witnesses: Uriel's, JesseTheUndeadCowboy, CloudySkies
Reason to Ban: This guy rdmed at least half the server and then just left randomly, some people claimed he was hacking since he got a ton of headshots but i have no proof so i wont accuse him of that.
