I think the staff team can be more consistent --- don't use the !warn system as a punishment but a archival system.

Things staff can improve on: Taking forums suggestions and adding them into the server. I feel as there hasn't been much added to the server since I joined other than some maps and balancing. I would like to see the updated Dimmesdale map and possibly some new character models but, I know those take time.
