Other: He was Round gagged and muted, Told to stop and he keeps going on calling a member names, Trolling and wont listen to our warns. He was map gagged and muted. he kept on going and wont stop!

Player Has been Banned Permanently for Racism, and Player/Staff Harassment. We don't need Racism like this here.
