Other: In the first part of the video, pp gags Kaneki a few times. Kaneki and pp both left, but Kaneki rejoined and continued to micspam. Additionally, deathrun Moderator Titan17 has warned this user for chat spamming before, as he frequently comes to the server and spams chat binds, but he was not there to witness this exact incident, so I didn't include him in the witness list.
