Think about it like real life, when you have a business and employees are having staff meetings either about someone getting promoted/demoted, or whether or not "this guy did that"
regardless they keep it inside that meeting and don't let the whole public know everything that goes on, until further notice. Also, let's say I'm a new employee, and my manager/bosses are talking and even tho I work there, they still have private meetings about there staff and again, they don't often let their employees or the public know. Hope that made sense and help
give a better understanding.

Yeah I have to agree with what some of the other staff members have said here in this post. I do 100% appreciate the discussion being open and you bringing it up cuz explaining our reasons will help to lessen the problems with staff to player communication. Most parts I agree with my fellow staff are on an inside place to vent and chill with friends of the community who can relate to our issues as staff themselves. Also it's much easier to discuss serious situations in there since we can gather evidence and talk about it together before presenting it to the community.
