Reason to Ban: Exploiting with the jump pack, !stuck command, and abusing a teleport in the mario map in order to get to runners' side as death. He was also mic spamming, which was fine at first until he was playing super loud music.

You type cl_cmdrate +100 in console with the jump pack to make you jump higher, but can't really do much for tha though.

Player will be banned for 24hrs both for mic spam and trying to exploit, as for the jump pack issue and him jumping higher then normal
i want to furhter look into that.
