Loaded in and my game felt laggy so i went to check my ping and was greeted with this monstrosity

You're missing textures.
Best to verify file integrity and back up game files. Also download CSS CSS textures.

If you load up your game and immediately connect, your workshop items wont load correctly sometimes.
You might need to give it a minute to fully load all content and it might take longer if you have more content subscribed to on the workshop.

Not exactly sure how it works, but sometimes garry's mod just decides not to mount the content the server says the client needs. Usually happens when you connect to fast and the steam workshop hasn't mounted all of its stuff yet, since it goes through the entire subscription list before mounting workshop content.
