Super easy +1. Yes, he can troll at times, but he knows the perfect line between trolling and being serious. He’s a great staff member and would be an excellent TestMod.

One of the first people I met on the server, Just put him straight to mod. (Joking). Fun person to play with. Balances the troll and the serious life well.

+1 derp obviously has the experience and attitude to be a TMod. He's a very reliable staff member, and teaches players.

Derp is actually pretty great as staff, he previously had higher ranks so he already has the experience. He has a mix between being able to handle trolls well but is also able to keep it fun. I don't think he's been as active in regards to the forums/discord but that's something you can fix easily.
