I don't think this warrants a ban straight away, as far as I can tell this is worthy of making the list, unless he's already on there.

Thanks for the report Pyro, although annoying for you all on the server at the time these players didn't receive any kind of punishment at the time and going straight to ban would be a bit too heavy handed. I have added them to our watch list so that if/when they return to the server they will be dealt with properly.
No ban at this time.
