A quick look at the Murder Game Relay suggests that you had a couple problems with this guy - looks like he was micspamming/screaming into the mic as well. Was this the only instance of RDM? I wouldn't want to punish based off a single RDM, but if this was a recurring thing combined with the other issues, I would add a ban for 1-3 days.

Imagine not scrolling down on an imgur link! 3 RDMs over a span of less than an hour plus the micspam problem. I'll add a 72 hour ban when I get home later this afternoon!
