What can you do to help the community: I can provide a better ambient for the people that comes here. As most of you say, this place is mainly an escape from reality or everyday's stress, so mantaining its shape or improving it is, in general terms, one of the things I can do here.
Second thing is becoming a content creator for The Community. Creating content for Dinks/Steam Community is something I'd like to do since most places tend to get a big benefit out of their creators.

Why you want to help the community: Personal satisfaction / becoming better at dealing with wrongdoers / I want to help the playerbase/people effectively. This place reminds me of that community I used to visit back in the day (It's extinct btw), and becoming part of Dinks' staff would be a nice option.

Synthray is usually helpful on the server and I haven't had any issues with him. One thing I would reccomend is a little more engagement on the forums. Overall I would say plus 0 but that could change to a plus one pretty easily.

Synthray is always pleasant to play with on the server, and frequently has assisted me in the server/ going out of his way to help others without needing to. As previously mentioned in other apps I think gametime should be the biggest consideration for trusted, which they have. +1 from me.

Anyhoo, here is my evaluation:
Positives:
-Knows the rules well
-Follows said rules, not pushing the line on anything
-Helpful to the mods when situations are ongoing
-Mature
-Some help with ban requests in past
-Significant time and experience on the server
Negatives:
-Not active on discord
-Not very active on forums or a lot of ban requests
I lean between +0 and +1 due to the lack of ban requests. There are two areas of interest I look for with ban requests:
1. Initiative to actually file the request
2. Accuracy and completeness of said report
The fact that you took initiative to file 2 unban requests in recent days tells me you have the initiative.
The rest can be taken care of in time.
+1 for a demotion from moderator to trusted

I agree with everyone on the active forum and discord time but that can easily be fixed. Synth is always fun to play with and I’ve never seen him cause mods or trusted any problems. He is also someone I’ve seen on later at night which is where mod time is kinda random. I think he would be able to bring more leeway for the night time mods and help keep away that late night rdm and ghosting.

Whenever he's on he's a good addition to the server. Knows the rules well, no one ever has complaints about him. Trusted would be a good rank I think, just to alleviate some of the pressure during off-hours.

Cactus didn't get promoted in the last round and Synthray did. I think Cactus used the wrong steam id.
