There was a particularly interesting report that makes me suspect ghosting: In video 1, you can see Winter Warlock getting killed by Kessler, who is a traitor. In that video, there is no way Burger could have seen Kessler do the kill. Burger was not with Kessler prior to the kill. Kessler started on the opposite end of the tunnel and never saw Burger. Note this point in the deathscene, moment of the kill Burger was not in sight of Kessler. Burger is the player directly in the center: You can then view video 2, from Burger's perspective. Clearly no way to tell that Kessler did the kill, Burger saw Kessler come from the top. I know this is all circumstancial evidence, but that is what ghosting evidence usually is. Otherwise regarding micspam: Burger has 6 warns from me on the 22nd alone for micspam. Winter Warlock has 3. Burgermeiser has 4 previous bans, of lengths 1 day, 1 week, 3 days, and 3 days. Warlock has 2 bans, only one related to micspam (1 day). 4 previous bans indicates that short, temp bans are not working for Mr. Burger. Warlock may not necessarily need a ban, but he is only here to troll with Burger. I believe this ban should be upgraded but I will wait tell other people share their opinions before extending the ban.
