I believe the threshold for constant RDM is made, and that a permaban is appropirate.
If not, while I cannot explicitely prove ghosting, I feel that enough circumstancial evidence can be provided.
Even then, RDMx2 and leave is clear as he did not serve the 3 slays he was assigned after he left prematurely.
