From the video, player above is clearly in an external voice chat with another player, likely his friend Taddy. After Mac&Cheese died, taddy RDM'd paint and left without serving the slay (and was banned for a day by Ethan). My suggestion is to ban Mac&Cheese since his evidence is blatant, everything seems to point to taddy being the other player in VC as they left together - but all evidence is circumstancial for taddy. His existing ulx one-day ban is probably enough for now, but a ghosting ban may also be warranted here.
