He did kill snoop and damage OceasMan for 9 dmg before OceasMan killed him. That's all I personally have to add to this.

Burb's logs are correct. He RDMed one person (snoop) and attempted to RDM Oceas, however only did 9 damage, which makes it non-reportable. They then left before the beginning of round 5.
So player banned for a day for RDMx1 and leave
