The player has 4 RDM-related bans - 2 RDM and Leaf, 2 RDM2 and Leaf bans. I feel he has more than crossed the threshold into constant RDM, as his actions are only going to continue. I'd recommend a permaban.

Everytime this player come backs he seems to rdm me right as he joins the server. 1+ since it will likely continue and he will probably also keep rdming others as well.
