Reason to Ban: Toxicity / Harassment / Trolling.

IAW DR Guidelines the next step for them would be getting kicked.
The 17 second video clip isn't enough to warrant a ban. Though his behavior is not ideal nor is it wanted, there's not enough current evidence for a ban.
They will be added to the watch list.
I will leave this open for a bit in case you have more videos or more evidence is presented.

before this is closed IMO if you only have a short clip thats not enough for a ban and its just good evidence you should just send it to satff
