He just came to PH and was mic spamming, also got two SUPER FUCKING SUS kills in the first minute of this video.

First, I would like to thank you Uriel for muting D3D to prevent further chat spam. After such an act, the same player was spamming messages in the chat of admins, here is the evidence: https://imgur.com/a/KD4B4Mx.
After that, i kicked him and i left the server.

Past precident for advertising of cheats/hacks has been to issue a permanent ban for such behavior. Precident was established here and here, among other places.
As such, the player has been issued a permanent ban for advertising hacks and racism.
