If anyone is curious..... the actual reason the player got banned was constant rdm with friends. I even managed to find the old thread that got him banned. https://www.dinklebergsgmod.com/site/showthread.php?tid=1955
So yeah... it’s been a bit and as long as you don’t pull any of the stuff you did last time with your friends then it should be fine. 1+ for an unban.
