Other: gerbil got some extra evidence to post as well if needed. I think this is more than enough due to the shake. You can see the very obvious shake on the 10 second mark of the video.
He has extra weird characters in the beginning of his name which is why the line on the screen is there.

Here is my perspective after the user kills me and I keep spectating him
It does get a little laggy, and I stop rotating my mouse to see what he is doing because I tab out to take an SS
He is going prop to prop in rapid succession, his name was honestly the first red flag
