Honestly, just looks like a really good player to me. 1:44 does look like him toggling onto undeadbobop. I wouldn't ban someone off of evidence of one clip though.

I'll leave this open for more evidence but this appears legit.
This almost looks like a Minime/autumn/Laced alt in terms of the movement. really good but clean.
The aim is good but appears clean. Bhops appear to just be mwheelup +jump.
But i'm no expert, i'll let the experts chime in.
