He continued to RDM rounds after this and does not get slain but when I kill him back I get slain by Quantum :D

I asked everyone who was rdmed by Pooh if they cared and you're the only one that cared so he should get a slay.
Also, Pooh is a Supporter which is the punishment role for supporters who do bad things (Unless they bought supporter years ago)

Staff are online and actively handling your report.
Mass RDM consists of 3+ kills. SInce thre active staff are online, mass RDM also requires at least 3 unforgiven reports.
Given that only 1 unforgiven report currently exists, there is absolutely no need for a ban, and this report is excessive.
Closing report without futher action.
