It was 5 minutes until the end of the round. You really expect someone to either wait 10+ minutes to play or 5+ minutes to die and leave? Plus there's nothing in the player rules saying they can't leave, so how were they supposed to know they would get banned? Also, if hong meant that they RDM'd last map as well, doesn't that mean they didn't evade their last punishment?

also it’s not in the rules specifically, but it’s in staff guideline. unfortunately:(
the evade is still valid, considering it was R6 of the previous map Hong most likely didn’t have time to administer the slay until the beginning of the map
