His steam ID is: STEAM_0:1:32071030 The ID we need is the 32 that you can find by clicking on their profile with the tab menu and it will let you copy it. Also do try to get first person when watching someone please.
I know technically you did use the format but do try to just copy and paste the format and fill it out next to the information. Example:
