Offender's Name & Steam ID: "магазин очков" STEAM_0:1:48653409 (Racism) He changed his name to a racial slur but I'm not putting that here.
"zinger" STEAM_0:0:192159398 (Hacking and Racism)
Potential Witnesses: Gaster, Superbladen
Reason to Ban: Hacking and Racism. One of them wasn't hacking but was spamming racism.
