This guy was part of a group (prolly on discord), and none of his Steam friends were on.
He was the only one being consistently ghosted for, so I wasn't able to catch his buddies.

Although we can't ban his friend at this time we do have evidence to ban him. Player will be banned for a day for ghosting. It's obvious they're getting information.
