I was only on the server for about 5 minutes, I believe, and I don't recall killing anyone. In fact, I remember being RDM'd by someone and submitting an in-game report about it. After I was RDM'd I simply left to go play a different game, so I'm confused as to why I'm currently banned.

Not an accidental ban, you killed someone for having a crowbar out that you thought was a knife, then procceeded to leave about a minute and a half after that report
