What They Did: Kicked @dero after kicking a cheater when we caught the clips
When They Did It: like 10 minutes ago
Potential Witnesses: @dero and @Laced Xanax (He sent me the video)

Other: This was very easily avoidable because most donors always kick cheaters when enough evidence is gathered (as to not let the cheater ruin the game further).

- Using !kick <player> in chat or ulx kick <name> in console will kick the targeted player form the server immediately upon use. A kick message can be added after the player's name.
- Any players kicked can immediately rejoin the server as this is not a ban.
- As stated above with the Gag and Mute commands, this command should never be used as a punishment if there are online staff members who can handle the issue. There is no exception to this rule.
- Do not kick players from the server unless there are no staff on and they are obviously hacking, Mass RDMing (3 or more RDMs in a single round), or are consistently RDMing every round while there are no staff online to slay. Please gather evidence beforehandand submit a ban request by clicking here.

Staff was aware of the cheater before the round started. Nimble even did !fspec on cryptic to try and get him to watch.

Evidence was gathered beforehand, no ban request was needed since cryptic banned the cheater, and @dero explained himself to Nimble Jack right after he did it and he still kicked him seconds later. Verbal warning was given, and I know for a fact the first offense of "Donor abuse" isn't immediately a kick.
