Nobody reported Wagner (mostly because they were newer players to the server), so if nothing can get done with this report due to a lack of proper evidence, I apologize.

Did the individual stick around, or did he leave right after RDMing/get karma'd?
I guess he did stick around to RDM some more, enough for me to ban for consistent RDM.
