Reason to Ban: Slurring, minging, trolling

chibill has video of their slur use as well. Nazu kicked them before I could karma ban them (nothing wrong with that) and they didn't rejoin. But had they reconnected I was going to karma ban them.
chibill was kind enough to post his recording of some of their slurring. There was more, but you should be able to get an idea of what was going on from the recording.
