A key part of this is you need to provide proof through screenshots or video recording without it, there cannot be a ban.

I am removing this Ban request since you have reposted another one concerning the same person. Please do not make multiple ban requests at once for the same person in the future. Either edit the existing one, or delete it and make a new one with the correct format and evidence.
