Definitely looks like hacks but I don't think they are trying to impersonate anyone since that had this account name in 2017 on the TTT perma ban they have. Probably just a chance that they happen to have the same name. The account is also older then the old you think they might be impersonating.

But yeah hacking all so embed fail I have had this problem before the way I fixed it was I copy past my text into a text doc & close all my tabs then reopen to file the report.

I mean considering you have "http://" twice in there is probably a good reason why it's not working.
