I think it would be good to bring perma gag into the mix instead of kicks. Player can keep playing but will get the severe punishment of not be able to use the VC. And if the players keeps being a headache through text chat then proceed punishment from there. TTT has this feature(or at least I think it does)and it's a more VC reliant game, it wouldn't hurt PH to bring this feature.

Honestly, I support this notion. If we colloquially think kicks are more harmful than gags or mutes, I would totally concede to having a Permanent Mute and/or Gag in the server. I posted several BR's from my session last night, and having to deal with people logging in and out to circumvent gags and mutes was rediculous. Especially when every time they became unmuted, they repeated the behavior that earned them the disciplinary action to begin with.
Huge +1 to this idea for prophunt.
