Reason to Ban: Hacking. Running up to props and killing them racking up a very high kill count for someone with an hour of server playtime. He had a buddy in game, wituuals (STEAM_0:1:529146590), but they were on the same team.

Other: I was only able to get about a round of him before they disconnected after I hoped on.
