Offender's Name & Steam ID: beccaboo3447 (STEAM_0:0:593505751)

Potential Witnesses: @NO NAME 

Reason to Ban: Mic spam...tons of it. They have a lengthy history of it. They always keep making weird noises and say "join the cult". 
 
Proof: Video here. I let it go on purposely longer this time to gather evidence. This is what they constantly do whenever they're on. 

Other: They have 2 previous bans. The next ban is a permaban. If anyone else has more evidence that would be great.
