Other: I added infinite autoslays so that he couldn't come back and RDM more people. I checked with Moderators to ensure that this was allowed. Pandora Radio tried to argue with me and say I wasn't allowed to. Pandora thought that he had only RDMed two people (and only punished for RDM x2) but in fact he had killed 3 and was going to kill more if a traitor hadn't killed him. He attempted to kill a fourth person (Ken). I decided to add slays and make a ban request, (going against what Pandora Radio wanted but alas) I will remove the slays if the ban request is denied.
